We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Quality Coordinator to support our Quality team. What you'll be doing
- In this role, you'll learn how quality processes support the successful delivery of telecommunications projects and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing completed work and documentation to ensure quality requirements have been met
- Conducting desktop-based quality checks and audits using established processes and guidelines
- Identifying trends, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and escalating findings where required
- Assisting with the preparation of quality reports and audit outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and quality documentation
- Working with internal teams to support quality improvements and resolve issues
- Using Microsoft Excel and other systems to analyse information and track performance
About you
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working with information and processes.
You may be a recent graduate, an administrator looking to take the next step in your career, or someone with experience in customer service, coordination, compliance or data-focused roles.
To be successful, you'll have
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of information
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
- Previous experience that could be valuable
- While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Administration or coordination roles
- Data entry, reporting or document management
- Quality, compliance or audit support activities
- Customer service or stakeholder-facing positions
- Construction, utilities, telecommunications or service delivery environments
