About the role
- Routinely reviews compliance to ensure meaningful use measures are captured for reporting. Works closely with Physician Practices’ leadership to communicate compliance results for meaningful use.
- Trains new team members on use of Cerner applications.
- Consistently rounds on Physician Practice locations to provide additional education and support for clinical staff.
- Provides on-site support during practice acquisitions/transitions.
- Responds to team member requests for assistance on Cerner applications.
- Works directly with Information Systems regarding issues such as ongoing updates, build requests, and user roles.
- Participates in the Health System compliance program.
- Other duties as assigned.
