Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Director - Solutions Portfolio Operations to support the evolution of SHI’s portfolio by translating technical capabilities into differentiated, outcome-driven solutions.
Working in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and other cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for the processes, governance, and operating model SHI uses to bring offerings to market. The Associate Director will oversee solution development, launch, and lifecycle management, helping design customer-centric solutions that align with organizational goals and market demands.
This role will also drive continuous improvement efforts, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance go-to-market effectiveness and enable greater consistency, speed, and quality.
