Sidemen Entertainment makes content with and for some of the biggest broadcasters and platforms. When we partner with an external broadcaster on a show, event or format, the social output around it matters as much as the main programme. It drives the audience to the show, keeps the conversation going and often reaches more people than the show itself. As Social Creative Producer, you'll own that social output. You'll be on set capturing content, shaping ideas into platform-native edits, and making sure every deliverable meets briefs, brand guidelines and is delivered to the highest of standard.
You'll also make sure it still feels like Sidemen. You'll sit between our production team, the talent, and any partner's own social and marketing team. Develop social content plans for each project, covering pre-launch, live and post Work with the marketing team to align on objectives, deliverables and posting schedules Shoot and direct talent across Sidemen Sundays, Live Events, Side+ and commissioned shows Plan and execute social capture on shoot days: BTS, talent moments, vertical-first content and reactive clips Create original and viral formats Track performance across channels and identify what didn’t work and expand on what did Report performance back to internal teams and partners on a weekly basis Understand the platforms independently; pitch formats, hooks and social first ideas that play into the algorithm of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and X Work autonomously and manage social production Proven experience producing social content for TV, entertainment or branded projects, ideally working with broadcasters or major platforms.
A strong portfolio of short-form content you've produced or shot, with performance you can talk about. A deep understanding of how each major platform works: what performs, why, and how that changes. Comfort on set. You can self-shoot on phone or camera and know how a professional shoot runs. Excellent organisation. You'll be juggling shoot schedules, deliverables and deadlines across several projects at once. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and approval processes without losing momentum.
Experience working on creator-led or YouTube-native content - especially if it’s in the same world as The Sidemen or related creators You understand how social media works, how to break through the algorithm and create formats that appeal outside of the Sidemen ecosystem. Work in one of the UK's most recognisable names in digital entertainment A company that's scaling, with genuine scope for this role to grow alongside it A creative, fast-paced environment where the work is genuinely interesting and the team around you knows their stuff
