Corporate and Insurance Account Executive

• •Implement approach and sales strategies to customers and candidates to maintain and increase the number of corporate and hospital insurance customers
• •Providing information related to the latest hospital products and facilities to potential customers and hospital customers
• •Collaborating with companies and insurance companies to become corporate customers of the Hospital
• •Maintain and improve good cooperative relationships with Hospital customers to maintain the satisfaction of partner companies in accordance with the provisions of established agreements

• •Carrying out preparations for promotional activities up to documentation (MCU, seminars, on site, etc.) to ensure the event runs as planned
• •Carry out the registration and documentation process for internal parties to ensure that employment relationship information is distributed properly
• •Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
• •Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or any related major
• •Have minimum 1 year experience in the sales field will be plus
• •Have Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and resolve contract and claims issues.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
• •Familiarity with healthcare management software, insurance billing systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• •Ability to address and resolve complex issues related to insurance claims, client contracts, and account management.
