Role Specific Deliverables
- Lead commercial analysis and research requirements for assigned projects across Industrial, Motors and Group
- Define complex problems, breaking into the various facets to logically explore and evaluate solution pathways for each, leveraging financial analysis, research and stakeholder engagement
- Apply broad analysis (commercial considerations, financial knowledge, market insights) and thinking skills to resolve complex problems, triangulating from multiple data sources
- Analysis and interpretation of large, abstract data sets, using statistical models and other tools to demonstrate and synthesise relationships
- Interpretation of data beyond financial analysis and critical thinking to get to root cause and understand ‘why’ and ‘so what’
- Proactively identify gaps and issues in data analysis and research outcomes, instigating further analysis and pivot in approach to solve problem
- Consider interdependencies and relationships between complex problems in developing investigation approach
- Resourcefulness in finding research answers through a variety of sources
- Integrate problem solving, judgement and preparation of recommendations for decision making into strategy research and data analysis projects
- Synthesize findings into opportunities, risks and impacts for the business and articulate findings tailoring to target audience to compel action
- Formulate action plans to incorporate material findings into planning, reporting and / or decision making activities

- Negotiate and liaise with stakeholders on identifying suitable information requirements for the target audience and purpose
- Own appropriate information channels and relationships across business entities and Divisions to allow timely and accurate reporting, proactively foreseeing and managing issues
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across quality, efficiency and information suitability
