Essential Job Functions

• Own end-to-end execution of the Business Continuity program for assigned business units/sites, in line with the ISO 22301:2019-certified BCMS
• Lead Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments; validate recovery strategies and RTOs/RPOs with business stakeholders
• Develop, review and maintain BC/DR plans, crisis management plans and SOPs
• Design and lead the annual BC/DR testing and exercise program (tabletop, simulation, full-scale); report results and drive remediation
• Act as a key point of contact for internal/external audits and ISO 22301 surveillance/recertification audits; manage evidence, non-conformities and corrective actions
• Lead or co-lead crisis/incident management activities during actual disruptions
• Manage and mentor Business Continuity Analysts, including reviewing their work and development plans
• Partner with IT/DR, InfoSec, Facilities and business leadership to align BC with the broader resiliency and risk strategy
• Present BC program status, risks and metrics to leadership and governance committees
• Drive a culture of resiliency awareness through training and communication programs
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; master’s degree a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Assistant Manager level role or external equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in business continuity / operational resilience management, including at least 2 years owning a program or workstream
• Experience in financial services, real estate finance, BPO or shared services environments preferred

Experience with GRC/BCM tools preferred

Prior people-management experience preferred

Strong working knowledge of ISO 22301:2019 and the BCM lifecycle; experience operating within an ISO-certified BCMS preferred

Experience managing or participating in external certification/surveillance audits preferred

Proven experience designing and running BC/DR test and exercise programs preferred

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Any of the below, or an equivalent industry-recognized certification, is a plus

Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI)

DRI International Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)

DRI International Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP)

ISO 22301 Lead Implementer from BSI or equivalent

ISO 22301 Lead Auditor from BSI or equivalent

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
