Overview

Do you have a few years of experience in operations and business management in the automotive industry and want to explore the entrepreneurial side? We are seeking an Operation Manager to help us build and scale our business in the exciting and rapidly growing electric vehicle space.

What you'll do

As an Operation Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in our organization, working hand-in-hand with the company's founders to shape the future of the business. You will be responsible for a wide array of tasks, including overseeing car sales operations, improving the dealer request tracking system, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. In addition, you will take on the responsibilities of a customer success manager, ensuring that clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company. What we're looking for

The ideal candidate for this position is motivated and ambitious with a passion for business and operations management. Proficiency in English and native-level German language skills are crucial. Experience in the automotive industry is a big plus. We are looking for fresh perspectives and ideas to help drive our growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive or mobility industry
• Experience in Operations, Sales, Account Management, Business Development or related field is a big plus
• Native German language skills
• Fluent English language skills
