Role Overview We are looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX & Marketing Design) who is passionate about building intuitive digital experiences and creating compelling visual communication materials.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences across our SaaS and AI-powered products. In addition to product design, you will also own the creative design requirements for marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences and impactful marketing creatives.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between designing complex SaaS applications and creating visually appealing marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from understanding requirements and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS and AI-powered applications. Translate complex workflows, data, and AI-driven functionalities into simple and seamless user experiences.

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI product experiences, design tools, and emerging technologies. Take ownership of design deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Design marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and creative assets for various marketing initiatives. Create visually engaging promotional posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital advertisements.

Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, webinars, and corporate announcements. Develop presentations, brochures, product one-pagers, infographics, and sales enablement materials. Create branding and promotional assets for company events, conferences, and industry summits. Design website graphics, landing page visuals, email campaign creatives, and other digital marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual concepts. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design. Mandatory experience working on SaaS products and AI-powered applications. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced product-based environment is a must. Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Experience with graphic design and marketing creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Experience designing complex dashboards, enterprise applications, workflows, and data-intensive interfaces. Experience creating marketing collaterals, promotional creatives, social media graphics, and campaign materials.

Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual storytelling. Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. A strong portfolio showcasing both SaaS/AI product design and marketing creative work is mandatory. Work Requirements Location: Remote/Bangalore (Hybrid). Shift: EST working hours to support collaboration with our US-based teams.
