Description

We are looking for a dedicated Yield Engineering Intern to support our Manufacturing team in improving production yield by analyzing test and process data, identifying root causes of defects, and assisting with yield improvement projects. The ideal intern works closely with engineers to monitor product performance, investigate manufacturing issues, perform data analysis, and implement corrective actions that enhance product quality and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

Establish Power Bi or automation dashboards for yield monitoring and data analysis.

Understand and perform big data analysis.

Work on yield improvement projects for BAW.

Monitor BE FI yield.

Perform Defect & RMA analysis.

Work on Rework and Maverick improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related Engineering field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good working knowlede of data analysis and statistical methods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good verbal and written communication.

Good presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Desired Experience and Skills

Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL is an advantage.

Basic knowledge and understanding of quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Fishbone.

Experience in engineering projects related to manufacturing or process improvement is an advantage.

Experience using programming languages is an advantage.
