Overview

At TDA, we believe great projects are built through continuous learning and improvement. The Projects Learning & Improvement Lead helps teams capture lessons learned, share knowledge, and implement improvements that enhance project performance, safety, quality, and efficiency.

Working with project teams and stakeholders, you will help create a culture where learning is valued, knowledge is shared, and continuous improvement becomes part of everyday delivery.

Your Role

As the Projects Learning & Improvement Lead, you will

• Lead learning and improvement activities across projects and programmes.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and improvement workshops.
• Help teams identify and implement improvements to project delivery.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
• Develop simple tools and processes to support learning and improvement.
• Support leaders with insights that help drive better decisions.
• Champion a positive culture of continuous improvement.

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys helping teams work smarter and perform better.

You will bring

Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, project delivery, or organisational learning.

Knowledge of Lessons Learned, Learning from Experience (LfE), or similar improvement approaches.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical actions.

Experience driving improvement initiatives and implementing change.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies is desirable.
