Human Resources Recruitment Specialist (Temporary Position)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from candidate identification and attraction to the formalization of employment, in accordance with internal procedures and organizational needs. This includes job posting, candidate sourcing and evaluation, test administration, interviews, coordination of hiring processes for permanent and temporary employees, as well as interns, and the preparation and maintenance of physical and digital employee files, ensuring an efficient, timely, and effective process aligned with the requirements of each position.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 2 to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions of equal or lower level is required.
• Intermediate English level (B1 - B2).
