Your Opportunity as a Revenue Growth Management Intern

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses data and analytics to help drive profitable growth for our brands and retail partners. As an RGM intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience analyzing pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack strategies to understand in-market performance and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where curiosity, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving are encouraged.

Location: Orrville, OH

Work Arrangements: Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business needs requires

In this role you will

• Support analysis across pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack sizes to identify growth opportunities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support RGM strategies and key business initiatives
• Assist in analyzing competitive and internal data and creating reports that highlight key insights and business opportunities
• Gain an understanding of how RGM decisions create value for consumers, shoppers, customers, and the business

What we are looking for

• A Rising Junior or Senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or other related fields

A passion for numbers, data, analytics, and strategy

The ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
