Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a LawyerorAssociate to join our Corporate & Commercialteam in Brisbane working with Brad Vinning.

About the team and the work

This is an excellent opportunity to build your corporate law career within a growing and highly regarded practice, working directly with an experienced corporate partner.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, investment rounds and commercial transactions.
Work closely with founders, private businesses, investors and listed entities across a variety of industries including technology, health, infrastructure and professional services.
You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset while receiving mentoring and support to develop your technical and commercial skills.

You will have 1 - 3 years' PQE, or be recently admitted with relevant pre-admission experience gained in a corporate, commercial or transactional practice.
An interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and private capital work, with a desire to develop your expertise in these areas.
Strong drafting, analytical and attention-to-detail skills, together with a proactive and commercial approach.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to learn from experienced practitioners while contributing to a supportive team culture.
