Learning & Development Partner

Hybrid / Field Based Up to 45k DOE At Speedy Freight, we know that great businesses start with great people. As our network continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Partner to help develop our people, strengthen our management capability and support the success of our branches and franchise network. This isn't a role where you'll spend all your time behind a desk or simply deliver training that's already been created.

You'll have real ownership of our learning and development offering across Speedy Freight and Speedy Parcels, designing and delivering training, coaching managers and franchisees, and helping turn learning into better performance. From welcoming new franchisees into the network to developing our Management Development Programme, you'll play a key role in making sure our people have the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.
