Staff Product Manager, AI Platform

Bengaluru, India In person Full-time

Let’s build what’s next, together.

We are Spotnana. We’re on a mission to modernize the infrastructure of the $11.7 trillion travel industry to power the perfect trip for travelers everywhere. Our Travel-as-a-Service platform is designed to make every trip better, whether someone is booking for work or leisure travel, building a travel tool, or looking to offer personalized experiences at scale.

We’re not just modernizing tech, we’re rethinking how the industry works. And to get there, we’re bringing together innovative, ambitious, and open-minded people who want to build something that lasts.

At Spotnana, our values and principles guide how we work and grow together:

Build the future – We are leaders, we are innovators, we are ambitious.

Commit to excellence – We’re accountable, we are partners, we are agile.

Stronger together – We lead with respect and integrity, we are inclusive, we are lifelong learners.

The opportunity ahead

Every AI experience at Spotnana, traveler-facing, agent-facing, and internal, runs on one governed AI platform. You will own that platform: model gateway and routing, retrieval and knowledge, agent orchestration, context and session management, and the evaluation framework that decides what ships. You will also put AI agents in the hands of every team at Spotnana, from sales and account management to marketing, support, engineering, and product, and treat their adoption as your product's success. Platform decisions you make here compound across every product the company builds.

How you'll help us build

Own the platform primitives: LLM gateway and model routing, retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge bases, prompt management, agent orchestration and loops, context and session management with summarization, and guardrails including PII protection.

Own the evaluation framework: synthetic conversation generation, scoring for correctness and hallucination, and the regression gates every prompt, model, and agent change must pass before production.

Build agents for everyone: internal agents and a self-serve builder that sales, account management, marketing, support, engineering, and product teams use daily, with internal adoption and time saved as first-class product metrics.

Define the platform contract: APIs, SDKs, and service guarantees for the experience teams and, over time, external partners who build on the platform.

Lead your customers end to end: treat internal teams as customers with discovery, roadmaps, and satisfaction measures, and support external platform conversations as the platform is exposed outward.

Write crisp PRDs and drive execution with platform engineering, ML engineering, security, and the product teams that consume what you build.

Design for builders: bring a strong user-experience bar to configuration, observability, and builder surfaces, the places where platforms usually get ugly.

Experience you bring

  • 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in product management and 3+ with significant experience on platform, infrastructure products.
  • You have built LLM application infrastructure: retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, evaluation harnesses, agent orchestration and loops, context management and summarization, or prompt and model management. This is a must-have.
  • Deep technical fluency: comfortable debating architecture, model tradeoffs (quality, latency, cost), and API design with senior engineers.
  • A track record of driving platform or internal-tool adoption across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Proven end-to-end customer ownership, including running internal customers with the same rigor as external ones.
  • An eye for good user experience, including admin, builder, and observability surfaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
