- Anticipate project risks and challenges, recommending solutions and taking action to keep delivery on track.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the high standards expected by both our clients and Springer Health+.
- Build strong client relationships
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with client teams.
- Build your understanding of clients’ products, therapy areas, markets and competitive environments.
- Confidently lead client meetings and drive actions through to completion.
- Provide thoughtful, solutions-focused advice and recommendations.

- Own the commercial performance of your projects
- Take responsibility for the financial management of assigned projects and accounts.
- Develop and monitor accurate budgets and keep a close eye on time, costs and profitability.
- Support sales and revenue forecasting and ensure projects meet agreed financial expectations.
- Work with account teams to ensure projects are accurately reconciled and financially managed throughout their lifecycle.
- Help grow our client partnerships
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and respond to evolving client needs.
- Bring together the right expertise from across Springer Health+ to develop relevant and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, RFIs, capability presentations and pitches.
- Work alongside senior colleagues and the Business Development team to explore new opportunities with existing clients.
- Support and develop others
- Share your experience and best practice with less experienced colleagues.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members.
- Contribute to effective resource planning across your accounts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to make sure the right expertise and resource are in place to deliver for our clients.
