The Human Resource department leads on the development of strategies to ensure our staff are aligned and engaged with our aims and objectives, and they have the skills to maximize the impact they make.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Files documents into appropriate employee files in SharePoint.
• Collaborates and provides leadership guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 100% Onsite — this role does not support remote or hybrid work
• Onsite conditioned office environment/ non-air-conditioned warehouse
