Responsibilities
- Maintaining BAU ticket Queue in a Level 3 support team.
- Coordinate with Level 2 Team & Business for solving problems.
- provides Technical Guidance to team member and review their deliverable to ensure the quality of delivery.
- Supports business at EST hours by working on deliverable items as like any other individual contributor.
- Skill set: Experience in Progress4GL/OpenEdge 11 and above, WebSpeed scripting , HTML , JavaScript
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in technology
