What You'll Do

The Business Process Analyst 2 serves as a key connector between business users and technical teams, helping translate business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements. In this role, you will gather and analyze complex business processes, lead requirements‑gathering sessions, and create documentation such as process flows, use cases, and future‑state designs.

You will validate requirements with stakeholders, support scenario‑based testing, and assist with project planning to ensure business analysis activities align with project goals. A major part of the job involves applying cross-functional system thinking to assess impact of changes across interconnected technologies, recommending process improvements, identifying risks, and helping guide teams through changes that impact operations.

This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to facilitate discussions, and comfort working across multiple teams. As a BPA2, you will apply more advanced business modeling and solution‑evaluation skills than the BPA1 level, and you will provide mentorship to less experienced staff.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with both business and technical partners, and continuously learning about new technologies and process trends.
