We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in Commerce. You'll build and run strong teams, own delivery for products that shoppers at hundreds of brands use every day, and help decide what we build next.
This is a leadership role first, but it isn't a hands-off one. You'll stay close enough to the code to make good technical calls and review designs and pull requests credibly, and you'll jump in and build when the team needs it. If you've drifted away from the technical side of the job, this isn't the role for you.
Much of Commerce is zero to one. We launch new products, learn what works with real merchants, and scale what does. That takes a startup mindset: move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, get something real in front of customers quickly, and then make it great.
