Corporate Finance Director

Translink Corporate Finance is a cross-border mid-market M&A advisory firm and part of the Translink Group. We advise the owners of private, typically owner-managed but some private equity owned businesses on sales, acquisitions and capital raising, with a focus on running a disciplined process and delivering the best available outcome for shareholders. We are building out our London presence. The team draws on the wider resources of the Group, including its international buyer relationships and cross-border execution capability, while keeping the senior access and accountability of a boutique.

The Role This is a senior, hands-on Director appointment with full ownership of live mandates. You will lead sell-side processes from pitch to completion, hold the primary relationship with business owners and their advisers, and support the Partners to build pipeline. You will also help shape how the London execution team is built and run, in a role where your commercial contribution is visible and rewarded directly.
