Combining strong commercial understanding with deep People & Culture expertise, the role translates business priorities and the Group People & Culture strategy into practical plans that strengthen organisational capability, leadership, performance, culture and sustainable growth. The P&C Business Partner works across assigned Hub(s) while maintaining a strong Group and "One Sumer" perspective. Working closely with People Partners, People Support and Centres of Expertise, the role ensures operational people insight informs strategic decision-making and that Group People & Culture priorities are embedded effectively within the business.
