The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the human resources function for the organization. This includes but is not limited to:
Recruiting and hiring new employees
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
assisting with employee benefits and compensation programs
Ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
Developing and implementing employee training and development programs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with 200+ employees preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend complex language, theories and methodologies
