Role Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Senior Business Partner (FBP) to drive business performance. This is done through improvements of processes such as forecasting, Trade investment tools and/or any other ad-hoc projects.
This role also requires collaboration with other teams – S&OP, Marketing and Commex/ RGM team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Finance Pack/database for total GTR which includes pulling data from various different systems; liaising with different stakeholders like Finance/ S&OP team; working with large amount of data
- Support FBPs in the forecasting process where relevant; assessing the accuracy of the data from Anaplan, uploading financial information into Anaplan
- Support FBPs to update relevant business scorecards where needed
- Supporting FBPs on Trade investment (TI) tool, prepare reports with regards to TI spent and as and where relevant.
- Support in any Finance ad-hoc projects
- Degree qualified with finance or accounting qualification and relevant industry (e.g. FMCG) experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and manipulate large amounts of data
- Strong time management, able to prioritize a diverse workload and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative and as part of a team
- Tenacity, agility and rigor
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Culturally sensitive attitude and approach
- Demonstrate a ‘drive for results’ mentality
