This is an exciting opportunity to join Suntory Global Spirits and play a key role in the continued growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, supporting two of the world's most recognisable single malt whisky brands – Laphroaig and Bowmore.
Based in Glasgow, you'll take ownership of the operations behind three online storefronts serving 27 markets across Europe and Asia Pacific, ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery.
Working within a small, collaborative team, you'll have genuine end-to-end responsibility, partnering with distribution providers, commercial teams and markets around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your operational expertise, drive continuous improvement and make a tangible impact in one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.

- Own the end-to-end DTC operational journey, ensuring seamless order fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer experience across three online storefronts.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics and distribution partners across the UK and Germany, monitoring service performance, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead operational planning and execution for new product launches, limited editions and seasonal peaks, ensuring stock availability, partner readiness and delivery excellence.
- Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory, monitor demand and ensure product availability across international markets.
- Oversee the operational delivery of packaging, gifting and customer experience enhancements, working closely with Brand teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and Excise teams to support customs, duty, import documentation and financial reconciliation requirements.
- Act as the operational point of contact for key systems, including SAP and Magento, supporting improvements and effective integration.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, using KPIs and performance insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, service improvement and cost optimisation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and market teams across Europe and Asia Pacific, supporting operational readiness for new brands and market expansion.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, consumer goods or related environment.
- Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics providers or external partners, including monitoring performance against agreed service levels.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems, with the confidence to collaborate with IT teams on systems improvements and integrations.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational KPIs and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage external partners and influence internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to test new ideas and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working within a regulated industry, such as spirits, food or pharmaceuticals, would be advantageous but is not essential.
