Overview
Our in-house recruiting sourcing team is growing! We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer who has successfully worked in a similar sourcing role within a global organisation to support our corporate professional recruiting efforts. If you are passionate about uncovering world-class talent across global markets and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we’d love to connect.
As a sourcer at Susquehanna, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across a range of corporate functions, such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR and Marketing. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, shape sourcing strategies, and contribute to long-term hiring success. You’ll bring proven experience of sourcing across multiple regions within a global organisation, so you can make an impact from day one. As a global, innovative organisation, we welcome new ideas, and you’ll have the freedom to work on your own initiative, challenge the status quo and help build new processes and ways of working.
The Role
This position sits within the EMEA Recruitment team in Susquehanna. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple corporate functions to build a strong understanding of our business, priorities and hiring needs, agreeing candidate profiles and refining sourcing strategies based on feedback and results.
Research and map talent across relevant organisations, sectors and markets, broadening sourcing channels to reach a diverse range of candidates beyond familiar networks and direct competitors.
Track and analyse sourcing activity, pipeline conversion, talent market insights, competitor activity and candidate expectations, using these insights to continually refine sourcing priorities and processes, focus sourcing efforts, improve candidate engagement and increase the flow of qualified candidates.
Identify and engage passive candidates, helping them understand opportunities at Susquehanna and building lasting relationships and talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated business needs.
Conduct initial candidate conversations to understand experience, motivations and interest, providing a positive, responsive candidate experience and sharing clear insights with recruiters to ensure a smooth handover.
Take ownership of your work and bring new ideas, helping to design and build new sourcing processes, tools and ways of working.

- Proven experience as a sourcer within a global organisation, with a track record of uncovering world-class talent for competitive and hard-to-fill corporate roles across multiple regions.
- Sourcing experience within an executive search / senior recruitment function is an advantage.
- Strong cross-functional sourcing experience across corporate areas, with the versatility to move between specialist searches, from Legal and Compliance to Finance and Technology, and manage several at once.

- Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels, including challenging briefs and advising on market realities
- Advanced research and sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with a creative approach to finding talent others miss.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to engage senior and specialist candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A self-starter with an innovative mindset, comfortable working on your own initiative and keen to shape new processes and ways of working.
