Ready to launch your career? Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking motivated graduates to join our two-year Early Career Rotational Program. This program is designed to provide exposure to different areas of our business while helping you build the skills for a long-term career.
What You’ll Experience
- Sales: Learn both inside and outside sales functions while building customer relationship skills.
- Operations: Rotate through Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning/Scheduling to understand supply chain and product flow.
- Business Exposure: Gain insight into finance, project planning, and continuous improvement.
- At the end of the program, participants will transition into a full-time role aligned with their strengths and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance, Business
