HR Generalist

The HR Generalist serves as a key on-site Human Resources partner for Drew Estate, responsible for ensuring the effective execution of core HR processes while providing responsive, employee-centered support. This role acts as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR needs, supporting employee relations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The HR Generalist in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) of Drew Estate’s parent company Swisher, helps implement enterprise HR programs, maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, and ensure alignment with broader organizational practices, while tailoring execution to meet the unique needs of Drew Estate business in alignment with broader corporate objectives.
