L2 Production Support Engineer

• Location: Bangalore
• Shift Timing: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST
• Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications and services.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and maintain Windows servers, SQL databases, and batch scheduling processes.
• Work with monitoring tools such as Splunk and SCOM to identify and resolve system issues proactively.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow/ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in L2 Production Support

Windows Administration

SQL

Monitoring tools (Splunk, SCOM)

Job scheduling tools (Control-M or equivalent)

Incident & Problem Management

ITSM/ServiceNow

Ability to work in Australia business hours (4 AM - 12 PM IST)

Good to Have

Payments / Acquiring domain experience

AWS S3

Automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, etc.)

PCI-DSS knowledge

SAP BODS

Preferred Candidate: Strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting high-availability production environments.
