We are looking 4 R2R Accountants to join us in our facilities in Terrassa (BCN), to provide accounting support within the GBS organization, ensuring accurate and timely execution of Record-to-Report activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accounting records, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Your responsibilities include

• Maintains and reviews general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Performs balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany and fixed asset accounts, with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Supports timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Identifies and resolves accounting discrepancies, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the Senior or Team Leader.
• Supports internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information.
• Follows internal controls, company policies, and applicable IFRS requirements.
• Contributes to process improvements, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an R2R, GBS, BSSC, or international corporate environment.
• Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BlackLine, Redwood, or similar accounting tools is an advantage.
