Beyond subject matter expertise, this role is a builder and a connector: designing scalable reporting and tracking solutions, developing SharePoint-based tools that streamline team workflows, and applying AI-enabled efficiency tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, speed, and consistency across performance services.

Responsibilities

Utilizes a wide variety of investment and performance and attribution tools and develops custom solutions for complex projects. Demonstrates mastery of analytical methods and tools by responding to complex ad hoc analytical and reporting requests on a daily basis from investment management and global client reporting teams in order to improve reporting processes and technologies. Independently leads complex projects and/or enhancements to existing processes, including oversight and execution of development, testing, implementation, post-implementation support, and adoption within the organization.

Develops and promotes new applications and/or capabilities for systems and tools to advance analytical concepts for the benefit of outputs and services to clients and resolve business issues related to performance. Develops and leads testing of new or existing performance systems.

Proactively follows industry trends and engages with business partners to anticipate new data and business requirements. Understands and works to eliminate source data gaps, and efficiently designs and implements new performance, benchmark, and statistical calculations in line with established best practices.

Leverages specialized expertise and acts as an escalation point for complex or time-sensitive issues or questions affecting the systems or business process discipline. Ensures a timely resolution with minimal impact to the business.

Responsible for using sound business judgment, technical knowledge, strong execution, excellent client service, and project management experience in order to navigate institutional business lines, exercising influence and persuasion where appropriate.
