Your Tasks

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Trainer to join our team. As an Automotive Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our clients' workforce/programs in public formats.
• To perform training for Automotive topics covering IATF 16949 Internal Auditing / First Party - Second Party Auditor qualifications, Core Tools - AIAG VDA FMEAs (DFMEA, PFMEA), APQP, PPAP, MSA, AIAG VDA SPC, CP, Problem Solving tools 8Ds, A3, CAPA etc.
• To develop content / update content - support Automotive team of Academy to cater customize training requirements of clients.
• To facilitate business / sales team with content development - standard and customize
• To be ready to deliver training / consulting / handholding / assessment assignments with minimum monthly utilization 17 to 20 days.

Your Qualifications

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Engineering Graduate - Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronic with total 10+ Years experience in Automotive Industries in which minimum 3 years in training deliveries internal / external.
• Must have IATF 16949:2016 Interna/1st party - 2nd Party Auditor qualification.
• Certification (Must): IATF 16949:2016 Interna/1st party - 2nd Party Auditor / 3rd Party Auditor qualification + Core Tools Qualification Certification.

Skills

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, AIAG VDA FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, 8Ds Problem Solving’s, IATF Rules, Customer Specific Requirements, etc.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Training and Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve training challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
