Guide order prioritization and ship-mode recommendations based on business need, delivery risk, operational feasibility and available information.
Own the outcomes, governance and control framework for end-to-end order execution, ensuring the team has clear standards, decision rights and escalation paths across the PO lifecycle.
Lead root-cause analysis of recurring delivery and execution issues, working across suppliers and cross-functional teams (Supply Operations, Logistics, Brand/Buying teams and other stakeholders) to resolve exceptions, implement sustainable corrective actions and prevent repeat exceptions.
Drive supplier operating discipline and performance through data-led, structured reviews that challenge recurring execution gaps, establish clear accountability and secure timely corrective actions.
