Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To understand, drive and deliver projects from initiation to closure. As a project manager you must manage and set stakeholder expectation, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• -Understand project requirements
• -Drive and participate in the discovery phase
• -Plan project timeline and milestones
• -Collaborate with teams to create work break down
• -Identify, mitigate, and flag project risks proactively
• -Monitor and control project progress
• -Effective and proactive communication
• -Drive projects to closure as planned
• -Support team with documentation

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree - Any
• Knowledge of project management techniques
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Knowledge of basic IT development platform and technology stacks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

CAPM, Scrum Master certification (good to have)

IT Project Management Experience

• Agile Development experience
• 3 - 4 years of overall experience
• 1+ years of Project Management Experience
