Job Overview

Manages defined portions of the supplier lifecycle, including performance monitoring, supplier development, and escalation support. Drives measurable improvements in supplier quality and delivery while partnering cross-functionally to support sourcing and operational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and audits.
• Leading supplier corrective action processes for assigned suppliers.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal partners to drive quality and delivery improvements.
• Defining and monitoring supplier qualification criteria and performance thresholds.
• Supporting supplier selection and sourcing decisions through data analysis and risk assessment.
• Tracking supplier development initiatives using tools such as value stream mapping, FMEA, and performance metrics.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
