The Actuarial Consultant plays a key role in delivering analytical and actuarial services to employers across Canada. The incumbent conducts complex analyses, prepares actuarial studies and financial projections, interprets workers’ compensation data, and translates technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Working closely with client experience, claims management, reporting and business solutions teams, the Actuarial Consultant supports clients in understanding their workers’ compensation performance, assessing financial risks and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
This is a mid-level individual-contributor role combining technical expertise, business judgment and direct client interaction.
