About the Role

As a Remote Italian-Speaking Agent, you'll make outbound calls using our platform and connect contacts with our Representatives.

Your job is simple

• Handle the gatekeeper professionally.
• Follow the provided script.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in Italian.
• Transfer the call to the appropriate Representative when the contact is ready.
• No selling. No cold pitching. Just facilitating the connection.

What You'll Be Doing

• Join scheduled hourly calling sessions using our platform.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Communicate with live contacts in Italian and navigate gatekeepers professionally.
• Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate Representatives.
• Handle basic objections using the provided scripts and rebuttals.
• Take accurate notes and record call outcomes in the platform.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism and call quality.
• Collaborate with a friendly, international team.

Requirements

• Italian proficiency: Fluent or native-level Italian (C1–C2).
• English and Spanish proficiency: Basic to intermediate English and Spanish is a plus for internal communication.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow scripts, instructions, and established processes.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• A reliable computer and internet connection.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Technical Requirements

• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.
• Stable internet connection with speeds of at least 100 Mbps.
• Headset with a working microphone.
• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or phone-based experience is a plus, but not required.
