We're looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you'll help connect talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities while supporting critical hiring initiatives across North America.

You'll have the chance to own full-cycle recruiting efforts, contribute ideas, and play a key role in helping our business meet important workforce goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Service Technician and other high-volume field and light industrial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, trade schools, military talent programs, and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to facilitate candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Ensure accurate candidate tracking and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate pre-employment activities with recruiting and HR partners.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Tennant at recruiting events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with external talent sources and workforce development partners.
• Support recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and consultative partnership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Service Technicians, skilled trades, field service, manufacturing, or light industrial talent.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring teams across North America.
• Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and labor market insights to inform hiring strategies.
• Additional Information: This position is being hired as a contract assignment and will be payrolled through Populus. The anticipated duration is approximately three months, though the assignment may be adjusted or extended based on business needs.
