Summary of the Role

The Associate SalesManagerisresponsible fordriving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, andmaintaining/expanding relationships with existing customers. The role demands a strategic sales approach, strong negotiation ability, and solid leadership skills.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

• Leading, develop and coaching team: Setting goals andtargets, implement strategy, anddeliveringresults
• Stakeholder management: KOL relationship, generatingnewideas, andidentifyingnew opportunities
• Sales Performance: Tracking and monitoringsales, both in market sales and sales to distributor
• Sales operation:Understand the forecasting, order timeline,and in coordination with relation key function team in internal PTTI
• Product focus: Drive thesales opportunitybasedon product focus,growthopportunityand market segmentation
• Distributor management: Manageand coordinate with distributor for sales executionto meet customer expectation on product availabilityas well as customer engagement

Education & Experience

Experience in cardiovascular field

• Educational background: Open to science or business related background
• 5–10years of industry experience
• Goodinterpersonal, facilitation, coaching,communicationand consulting skills.
• People management experience is mandatory, at least 1 – 2 years of experience
• Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goals
