Location: Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg Time Type: Full-Time Duration: 6 Months Start Date: November 2026 The Internship assignment: The indirect material planning team is responsible for the continuous supply of all spare parts and production consumables for Gigafactory Berlin. We are looking for a motivated intern who will drive improvement projects within the material planning team and who will assist the material planners in the day-to-day work.
Follow up on delayed deliveries, keep confirmed delivery dates on existing POs up to date, and update supplier contacts in Warp Cluster suppliers that frequently miss delivery dates and be in direct contact with suppliers, stakeholders and management from day one Manage complaints such as missing labels or incorrect part deliveries, including returns and lost parts Improve and align the Material Planning work instructions and flag process deviations Drive improvement and cost reduction projects within the team Run regular ERP data checks and act as the interface between material planners and material handlers Support material planners with quotes, reporting, sourcing and other operative tasks Preferably studying or experienced in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Economics or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Excel Database experience is advantageous Capable of working in a fast-paced and always changing environment Proactive team player with a strong work mentality, an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude Good level of English (C1) German is a plus Relevant internship experience (supply chain) is a plus
