Behind every great beauty brand is a deep understanding of the people who choose it.

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Consumer Intelligence – Middle East and Emerging Markets to bring that understanding to life across two dynamic and culturally diverse markets.

This is an opportunity to influence the decisions behind some of the world’s most iconic prestige beauty brands—from the products we launch to the stories we tell and the ways we connect with consumers.

We are looking for someone who is curious about what drives people, confident leading research and skilled at turning insights into clear direction for the business. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with local, regional and global teams.

What you will do

  • Bring the consumer’s voice into brand strategy, annual planning, product launches, campaigns and investment decisions.
  • Understand how culture, lifestyle and shopping behaviour shape beauty preferences across the Middle East, India, Turkey, Southeast Asia.
  • Lead research into consumer needs, brand perceptions, shopper behaviour and growth opportunities.
  • Connect brand health, market intelligence, social listening, CRM, digital and retail data to reveal the bigger picture.
  • Turn findings into compelling stories and practical recommendations that teams can act on.
  • Partner with leadership, brand, marketing, digital and commercial teams to embed insights into decisions.
  • Manage research agencies and projects and represent local consumer priorities in regional and global discussions.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in consumer insights and market research.
  • Deep understanding of Middle East consumers, with India and broader emerging markets experience (Turkey, Southeast Asia) highly valued.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • Commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A curious, proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent English; prestige beauty, luxury or related consumer sector experience is an advantage.
  • Help us understand what matters to consumers—and shape what comes next in beauty.
