About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to own the Operational Excellence agenda for the NA Region across Global Business Services (GBS) Supply Chain. This role drives the Supply Chain Management (SCM) operating system (Log.os) across all sub-towers, leads the deployment of the SCM competency model, and champions customer satisfaction and partnership programs. It also delivers measurable improvements in logistics cost and process performance, working closely with Process Excellence, Process Transformation and internal and external Global Capability Centers (GCC).

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the Operational Excellence agenda for the Region.
• Drive the SCM operating system (Log.os), ensuring it is implemented across all sub-towers.
• Drive the SCM competency model deployment and adoption plan.
• Drive the Customer Satisfaction and Partnership Sentiment (Net Promoter Score and Partnership Survey) program and its improvement plan.
• Champion initiatives to reduce logistics cost across Supply Chain functions, including Order Management.
• Work closely with Process Excellence and Process Transformation to champion process changes and embed them in core routines.
• Link new capabilities and tools, along with external insights, to the fundamental business processes to unlock value.
• Develop effective relationships across internal and external GCCs to align vision and drive synergies across processes.
• Embed key metrics and routines in the operational excellence framework (Log.os).
• Partner with internal and external audit and subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate periodic reviews.
• Manage third-party access to Kraft Heinz (KHC) platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (required) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing functions.
• At least 10 years of experience in the CPG industry (FMCG preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) trained and certified.
• Proven track record of implementing and operating an Operational Excellence (OpEx) framework system.
