El rol

Buscamos un/a Pasante de Marketing con ganas de aprender, crear y participar activamente en proyectos reales de marketing y comunicación. Este rol acompaña al equipo en la ejecución de campañas, soporte a proyectos estratégicos y análisis de resultados, aportando ideas frescas y creatividad al día a día. Es una oportunidad ideal para desarrollar habilidades prácticas, aprender sobre estrategias de marca y medios, y fortalecer competencias profesionales en un entorno colaborativo y de alto aprendizaje.

Tus responsabilidades

Apoyar la ejecución diaria de marcas y medios, asegurando que las campañas, lanzamientos y experiencias estén alineadas a los planes de marketing.

Dar soporte a la gestión con proveedores y agencias, ayudando a coordinar entregables claves para acciones de marketing y marca.

Gestionar órdenes de compra y procesos administrativos (ADV & PE) que permiten que las campañas y activaciones se ejecuten correctamente y a tiempo.

Coordinar la ejecución y seguimiento de experiencias de marca, cuidando que la implementación refleje lo que la marca quiere comunicar.

Apoyar el seguimiento y ajustes de artes para pauta digital, trabajando en conjunto con equipos internos y externos.

Coordinación y seguimiento de actividades con influencers.

Buscamos a alguien que

Tenga experiencia en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o Administración de Empresas y pueda desenvolverse con confianza en proyectos de marketing y comunicación.

Aporte sólidas competencias en proactividad, organización, resolución de problemas y trabajo colaborativo.

Tenga una visión integral (end-to-end) y se adueñe de sus resultados.

Se sienta cómodo/a trabajando en una organización ágil y en constante evolución.

Valore la colaboración, la claridad y formas de trabajo sin egos.
