We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting our Adult Care and Restore divisions. This is a fully remote role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and senior leaders, you’ll provide financial insight and commercial guidance to drive performance and support informed decision-making. Building strong relationships will be key to your success. You’ll partner with operational teams and work with local authorities and other stakeholders to understand business needs, influence decisions and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and ensure our services are appropriately funded.
