Senior SAP MM Functional Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP Functional Analyst (MM) to join our Technology team at the Store Support Centre. This is a hands-on senior functional role where you’ll help bring Dollarama’s established SAP functionality and processes into our Australian business, driving greater efficiency, consistency, and capability as we continue to grow. Working closely with other functional analysts, business stakeholders, and our Functional team in Canada, you’ll provide technical leadership and oversight while remaining actively involved in functional delivery.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how SAP Materials Management supports our Australian operations, helping plan the next 12–18 months of development and ensuring we get the most out of our SAP environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep SAP MM expertise with a broader architectural perspective, strong stakeholder engagement, and the confidence to lead from a technical standpoint. What you’ll be doing Leading the adoption of SAP functionality and processes already established in Canada, ensuring they are effectively implemented within our Australian business. Providing senior functional leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to other functional analysts, helping build capability across the team. Remaining hands-on in SAP MM functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and delivery.

Working closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective, scalable SAP solutions. Collaborating with the Functional team in Canada to align Australian processes with global standards while identifying where local variations may be required. Taking a holistic view of our SAP landscape, considering integration points, dependencies, and the broader impact of functional decisions across other modules.

Contributing to the planning and prioritisation of our SAP roadmap over the next 12–18 months, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and business processes. Supporting the transition towards greater in-house SAP capability, reducing reliance on external partners and strengthening internal expertise. Helping the Australian functional team manage competing priorities and deliver at pace during a significant period of business growth.

What you’ll bring 7+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) . A strong track record in SAP functional analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, or continuous improvement. Experience working across multiple SAP modules, with an understanding of how changes in MM can affect the wider SAP environment. A holistic and architectural mindset, with the ability to look beyond individual requirements and design solutions that work across the business.

The confidence to provide technical leadership, guide other analysts, and influence functional decisions without losing your hands-on capability. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. The ability to assess business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the adoption of established functionality and best practice. A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across geographically dispersed teams.

Experience working with international teams or within a large, complex organisation will be highly regarded.
