Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise application environments.
- Hands-on C# and .NET development experience; .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 8proficiencypreferred.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle experience; ability to analyze data issues and support query-level troubleshooting.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Experience with Agile delivery and sprint-based planning/execution.
- Working knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows, pull requests, branch management, and peer code reviews.
- Understanding ofunit/integration testing andDevSecOpspractices.
- Cloud fundamentals, with AWS exposure strongly preferred.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and review AI-generated output responsibly.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Python experience for scripting, batch, dataprocessingor automation.
- Angular/React/TypeScript exposure and ability to support full-stack delivery when needed.
- Experience with AWS ECS, Lambda, Batch, CloudWatch, SQS, or similar services.
- Observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting production applications andparticipatingin incident/problem resolution.
- Insurance, benefits, claims, leave, billing, or portal experience.
