Summary
COREFUNCTIONALACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate monthly, spot, and commodity frozen lamb sales with the USA and Canadian teams. Support tender submissions and ongoing management for key accounts including Sam’s Club, Costco, and Aldi. Manage sales documentation, claims handling, and liaise with logistics teams Nth American Shipments. Work closely with the Production Planner to align production with USA demand forecasts. Maintain weekly sales and reconciliation reports for TFI USA Chilled and key accounts
- Production Planning & Internal Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point between sales managers and Production to align production plans with forecasted demand across USA and Canada. Work with each Species Planner to ensure production timing and product specifications meet sales needs. Monitor claim trends and collaborate with quality and logistics teams to close the loop on issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Contribute to USA and Canada Board Reports with sales performance data, highlights, and reconciliation insights. Maintain and update key tracking documents and planning tools. Provide accurate weekly reconciliations to support financial and sales transparency.
