How the programme works First 4 months: Learn the fundamentals of IT through practical training at our Alton Head Office. Next 18 months: Put your skills into practice, gaining hands-on experience working on site.
Once you complete the programme, there may be opportunities to continue your career with Thorn SDS or move into a role with a large corporate organisation. Pay that grows with you As you progress through the programme, so does your pay. Your pay will increase after 4 months → again at 10 months → then every 6 months thereafter. What else do we offer?
