Responsibilities
The HRBP Trust and Safety team partners with leaders across the product, policy, operations, and technical organizations that support platform safety. We translate organizational priorities into people strategies, shaping workforce plans, organizational design, talent development, performance, and employee engagement across a globally distributed organization.
We support a specialized global organization where policy, product, operations, and technology must remain closely connected as the platform environment evolves. This requires us to understand how specialized teams work together, anticipate evolving capability needs, and develop people strategies that connect global priorities with regional context. By combining organizational insight with business and workforce data, we help teams adapt as technologies, organizational priorities, and ways of working evolve.
You will build trusted partnerships with leaders and collaborate across HR functions to guide important organization and talent decisions. Your work may span organizational design, workforce and succession planning, leadership development, performance, culture, and engagement. You will stay close to the organization as strategies are implemented, seeing how people decisions shape the teams supporting platform safety and using those insights to strengthen what comes next.
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for T&S, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to organizational leadership. You will architect and execute end-to-end people strategies, drive organizational design and effectiveness, and cultivate a resilient, high-performing culture across globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Advisory: Partner with leadership to translate complex business objectives into scalable, data-driven human capital strategies. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)—including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Organizational Effectiveness—to deploy integrated workforce solutions.
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness (OD/OE): Independently conduct organizational diagnostics to identify structural bottlenecks, capability gaps, and inefficiencies. Design scalable team structures, optimize spans of control, establish role clarity, and build headcount models to support long-term operational agility.
- Talent, Performance & Culture: Drive end-to-end talent calibration, performance cycles, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline. Cultivate an inclusive, sustainable team culture tailored to support employee well-being within a high-stakes, fast-evolving Trust & Safety environment.
- Change Management & Business Alignment: Architect change management strategies and actionable roadmaps to navigate organizational growth, structural pivots, and workforce transformations smoothly.
- Employee Relations & Governance: Partner closely with Employee Relations (ER) and Legal to manage complex employee relations matters, mitigate organizational risk, and ensure cross-regional labor compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within high-growth tech or complex matrixed corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting multi-regional, distributed teams across EMEA, AMS, and APAC, with a solid grasp of international compliance and labor frameworks.
- 2+ years of specialized experience in Organizational Design (OD), including diagnostic assessments, operating model implementation, and structural reorganizations.
- Proven track record leading successful change management and workforce alignment initiatives during periods of organizational scaling or transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HRBP experience supporting Trust & Safety, Legal, Policy, Risk Operations, or technical client groups.
- High data fluency and analytical capability, with demonstrated proficiency leveraging modern AI tools and HR analytics platforms to derive actionable people insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence, executive coaching skills, and the proven ability to build consensus and drive decisions without formal authority.
- High learning agility and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-paced, and unstructured business environments.
